My name is Dave McNear and I have been involved in Calgary’s Real Estate community since 1997. I became a Realtor due to my love of helping people, Real Estate and to feed my entrepreneurial spirit. I have been involved in many aspects of the Real Estate Industry. These experiences quickly lead me to follow my true passion, helping families with their Residential Real Estate needs.

My name is Karen Vail, I have been a Realtor in Calgary since 2003. Real Estate is in my blood, both of parents were Realtors. My parents also formed and ran a successful residential construction and development company in the 70’s that is still in existence today and is still family owned. I love Real Estate so much I even married a Realtor.
Becoming a Realtor was a natural progression for me, it combines my love of helping people and my family history with all things Real Estate. My experience allows me to see things other Agents do not even think about, I look at brick and mortar fundamentals plus the functionality and liveability of a home to ensure that you are covered from every angle. Nothing is more satisfying than possession day with excited new homeowners, stopping by with a bottle of bubbles and SOLD stickers or watching our social media go crazy over an amazing new listing. Many of my clients become friends long after the “transaction” part of our relationship is concluded.
